Planting the Seeds of Connection

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

What a year it has been! We’ve enjoyed the journey of 2018 as we’ve seen friends, family and clients grow and transition (you know who you are!). The year flew by much faster than necessary, but still, we are excited for what’s to come in 2019. As the year wraps up, we give thanks for all the experiences, accomplishments, and relationships (new and old) cultivated this year. As we move into 2019, we are thinking about what intentions we want to focus on for the year. We know for sure that we want to be more present and build stronger deeper connections with our community and loved ones.

So to begin the year with connection at the forefront, we would like to invite you to a gathering in celebration of our community and in support of local business.

Each year we create a handy 6″x6″ calendar that we give as gifts to our community. Our 2019 South San Francisco Calendar is being released and celebrated on Thursday, January 10th at Armstrong Brewing Co. on Grand Ave. in South City.

We hope you will join us! We’ll have a free copy of the calendar as a gift to you, along with complimentary appetizers to enjoy while mingling and connecting with your neighbors and friends at South City’s first and oldest brewery since the end of the prohibition . It’s going be a great time, and we hope to see you there! If you can make it, RSVP below, so we know how much food to provide. If you can’t make it, please email us your address, and we will send you a calendar in the mail. We look forward to connecting either way soon.

In the meantime, happy holidays and may you and your loved ones have a safe and wonderful New Year!

The San Francisco Bay Area market is constantly changing and it is good practice to check the value of your home each year. Most Bay Area homes are in high demand areas, and with the shortage of inventory over the past few years, your home can greatly change in value year-to-year. I’d be happy to […] The post There’s a lot of momentum in the housing market in 2021 appeared first on Lisa Marroquin.

The house was perfect, the price was right, the offer was strong. It was our client’s first time bidding on a home and she got it! That’s right, unheard of in the Bay Area. Beginners luck? We think not. And after you read the whole story, we think you’ll agree that sometimes the stars align […] The post Cold Feet appeared first on Lisa Marroquin.

Your Quintessential San Francisco Waterfront Dining Experience. Yes, the restaurant may be filled with tourists but this isn’t one of those “tourist traps”. This place has seriously good seafood – the kind of place I bring my relatives when they’re visiting from out of town. I occasionally find myself eating here with co-workers and friends […] The post Fog Harbor Fish House appeared first on Lisa Marroquin.

“A famous city’s most famous landmark” – SF Chronicle What makes the Ferry Building San Francisco’s most famous landmark? First is its strategic location at the foot of Market Street — on the western edge of the continent, and at the center of the city’s financial, banking and transportation district. Second is its history as […] The post Artisan Foods at SF Ferry Building appeared first on Lisa Marroquin.
